Once we get enough people meditating for 5 minutes on the first of every month, it can EXPAND from there. Sharing songs, collective, dance, and other things in the movement. E.g a 1.1 and then the 2.2 (1st - 2nd Feb ~ 2 day challenge), 3.3 (1st-3rd March ~ a 3 day challenge), 4.4 (1st -4th March a 4 day challenge). Etc.... This can be anything from breathwork to dance to you name it.
